The calculators
The calculators run entirely in your browser. The amounts and dates you type are not sent to our servers or stored.
What is collected automatically
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data needed to deliver pages and protect the site, such as IP address and browser type, under its own privacy policy. We do not have user accounts.
Contact form
If you write to us, we use your name and email only to reply. The message is sent by email to our team through an email delivery provider and is not used for advertising.
Consultation requests
If you use the consultation request form, we receive your name, email, phone, location, topic and whatever you tell us, and we share it with an attorney-notary so they can contact you about that request. We only do this if you tick the consent box. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. You can ask us to delete your request through the contact form. Please do not include Social Security numbers, account numbers or passwords.
Advertising and cookies
CaudalRelicto.com may show Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners may use cookies or other identifiers to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites, and to measure their performance. Links to other sites
Our guides link to pages from Hacienda, the courts, the CRIM, Social Security, the IRS and other organizations. Their own policies apply when you visit them.

The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
